AfricanPure CBD Oil for Kids Review
AfricanPure’s CBD Oil for Kids is a lower-dose version of their Everyday CBD Oil, aimed at treating anxiety, ADHD, appetite loss and sleep issues in children. It’s made with all proper regard to health and safety, as well as being lab tested by a third party to ensure it is THC-free. It is, as such, safe to give your kids, as it is non-intoxicating unlike something like Ritalin, as well as not interacting with any other medications or giving side effects.
AfricanPure has also introduced a range of CBD Oil for kids. At first, this might sound a little bit too out-there for some. After all, most people aren’t comfortable with the idea of giving their children medical substances, or mind-altering substances. However, since CBD Oil is non-intoxicating, it’s generally quite safe for children.
There have even been a number of legislations introduced around the world to allow children to have safe access to cannabis-derived medications since there have been a number of cases displaying the effectiveness of CBD in treating children’s ailments. These resulted in ideas like developing a THC-free, high CBD strain of weed for children (Charlotte’s Web), and items such as CBD gummies for kids.
The AfricanPure CBD Oil range for children is a 600 mg / 30ml bottle of CBD tincture. It’s pretty much exactly the same as the everyday CBD Oil, however, the dosage is slightly lower (versus the everyday oils 1000 mg / 30ml dosage).
AfricanPure supply dosage instructions for this oil, recommended at 8-9 drops, once a day. It’s a mid-strength product, so some smaller children might require fewer, and some a bit more. As with most CBD products, it’s a good idea to start low and go slow.

Is CBD Oil for Children Safe?
On a general basis, yes. One should always first consult a doctor when self-medicating with substances like CBD Oil, but CBD Oil is non-intoxicating and doesn’t really carry any side effects.
There are also no interactions with common medications that are currently known of, meaning it’s quite safe to take alongside other medications, such as that for anxiety, sleep or something like diabetes.
CBD Oil for ADHD
It has been anecdotally shown that CBD is effective in treating ADHD for a lot of people. Many report a clarity of mind, and slowing of thoughts, which achieves a similar focused effect to that of Ritalin, although with none of the side effects (and you’re not giving your child stimulants).
CBD Dosage for ADHD Child
We would recommend sticking to AfricanPure’s recommended CBD for ADHD dosage of 8-9 drops a day as they know what they’re talking about, as well as being the manufacturers of the oil. If this isn’t working effectively, one could also try splitting the 9 drop dose into three smaller three-drop doses throughout the day for a more consistent effect. Like with many things CBD, it’s all about experimenting and finding the regimen that works for you.
